Identification
On behalf of the Federal Police fedpol, we maintain the automated fingerprint identification system (AFIS) and supply the cantonal police forces, as well as the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security FOCBS and the State Secretariat for Migration SEM, with all mobile (IdentiFI) and stationary (WebFIT) enrollment systems for this purpose. We also install and support the stations for capturing biometric data for passports, identity cards, and foreigner registration cards (SysP).

AFIS
The Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) has operated in Switzerland since 1984. It supports the identification of persons and crime scene evidence based on fingerprints and palm prints. Since then and today, in the 6th generation, we have always provided on-site support and maintenance services. We are proud of this long and close partnership with fedpol and the excellent contacts with all cantonal police forces, SEM, FOCBS, and the IT organization ISC-EJPD.
WebFit
We offer the WebFIT application for stationary fingerprint enrollment, which can be combined with scanners for 2-finger, 10-finger with palm/writer palm, paper sheets, and Canon cameras. All these products are delivered with a comprehensive, worry-free SLA.
LiveScan
LiveScan fully digitizes the capture of biometric characteristics. Finger, palm, and writer palm prints are captured electronically at 1000ppi and displayed on the integrated monitor. The system compares the rolled prints with the pressed ones in real-time. Matching errors can thus be avoided. Poor quality impressions are automatically detected and can be individually repeated several times.
2-F FastID
With 2-F FastID, personal identification can be performed quickly and reliably. The scanner captures both index fingers simultaneously, preventing confusion between the right and left fingers. To achieve optimal capture, fingerprints are displayed in real-time. Intelligent software automatically segments and rotates the fingerprints while testing the recording quality.
Flatbed
WebFIT Flatbed, with its A4 flatbed scanner, is the classic solution for digitizing and transmitting fingerprint cards and latents. The certified flatbed scanner allows fingerprint sheets to be scanned at 1000ppi and the data transferred to AFIS. Traces can either be scanned or imported directly as an electronic file.
IdentiFI
For mobile fingerprint capture, IdentiFI scanners are the right solution. They are controlled via an iPhone app from Dycom (MACS) or Xplain (exeXs mobile) and impress with their compact form and robust design. Due to the LES technology, they are insensitive to external light influences and largely unaffected by finger moisture and dirt.

Small, handy scanner for the recording of a pressed finger.
IdentiFI-45
Versatile scanner for recording two pressed fingers or one rolled finger. Capturing two fingers simultaneously saves time and eliminates confusion.
IdentiFI-60
For efficient recording of four pressed fingers or one rolled finger. The scanner is also suitable for sequential recording of rolled 10 fingers. The scanner is available as a WLAN version for iOS or USB for Windows.

SysP
All passport and migration offices in Switzerland have enrollment stations for biometric IDs, such as IDs, passports, and foreigner IDs. These are installed, commissioned, and maintained by Sitasys.
Stationary enrollment station
Permanent station for capturing facial images (ICAO), fingerprints, and signatures. These stations are present in all Swiss passport offices, in some migration offices, and in dedicated Swiss embassies in foreign countries.
Mobile enrollment station
Mobile station for capturing facial images (ICAO), fingerprints, and signatures. These stations are used in large foreign countries to serve remote areas.
VISA capture
Scanner for capturing fingerprints for VISA requests.
